What we do?
We assist in making your property more protected to mould and rising damp. We can do this by using the most effective and economical solutions possible. We offer DPC Injection where we can inject a silicone based chemical into the exterior wall through a series of small holes. Once this dries, a water repellent barrier is created within the wall preventing further moisture rising into your property. We also offer insulated and render only pre-coloured silicone rendering systems. We do a wide variety of colours for our fibre cement board cladding installations and can neaten your roof line and soffits with PVC cladding boards and guttering. Your one stop shop for any building needs you may require!

It will not only improve your homes appearance by adding modern design and colour but will assist with all of the above and has over a 25 year life expectancy. These systems are specifically designed not to crack, we use a fibre glass anti crack mesh in whichever system you choose. The exterior walls are prepped accordingly and our external wall insulation comes in a variety of thickness to ensure your home stays warm. There are multiple finishes available with these systems, although silicone is our most popular due to its durability and ability to repel damp and moisture.

How to treat rising damp?
The most efficient, economical and effective method to treat a rising damp issue is to use a high strength DPC (damp proofing cream). This cream is injected into small holes which are drilled into the mortar joint of the property. This provides a water repellent barrier to the property, protecting your home from rising damp.
